Most Shampoos and Conditioners are concentrated and should be diluted. For Pet Silk Products, the recommended ratio is 1:16. See product label.
Diluted products distribute more evenly throughout the coat and diluting products facilitates rinsing. Hair color applicator bottles are ideal for mixing and storing diluted products. These specially made bottles with fine tips deliver product where needed and not where it must not go - into eyes or up noses!
